You can set up basic monitoring packages in just a few hours. All you need is the specifics of what your customers what to monitor for, like corporate email domains or brand terms. Then, you can set up the necessary alerts in single or multi-tenant environments. Whatever works best for you and your customers.
Our platform supports landlord-tenant, so you have complete flexibility in how you set up and manage your alerts. Managing your customers daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly is easy. You can reconfigure, optimise, or cancel alerts at any time. Reporting for pre-defined periods is also available from the platform.

Once your alerts are set up, you will automatically receive a notification when anything is found. These can be configured to be sent via Slack, SMS, Email, or Teams. Each alert can accommodate many search terms. They can be set up as dedicated alerts for a single customer or shared across multiple customers.
Historical reports can be produced for both customers as an initial deliverable for on-going managed services and to help you to prospect for new customers. These reports focus on corporate credential breaches and typosquatting. Other specific uses, such as merger and acquisition reports, can be highly tailored for each prospect.
